Cancellation Policy

All appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and protect the integrity of our schedule: • All sales are final. • No refunds on services, deposits, or pre-paid packages. • Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Clients who arrive 10 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show, and the appointment may be forfeited. • No Call / No Show appointments will be charged the full remaining balance of the booked service and may be permanently blocked from future bookings. • A valid card is required at the time of booking. Charges will only apply in the event of a late cancel, no-show, or policy violation. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our time, just as we respect yours.
